What did the Brücke artists see when they depicted nature – and what do we see today? From printmaking techniques and still lifes to works that are no longer centred on humankind, this tour journeys through the past and the present. The 90-minute tour takes you round the exhibitions Nature… In the Museum and Art… Beneath Pine Trees in the Brücke-Museum’s garden. Please wear suitable clothing for the weather. One section of the tour follows the woodland path around the museum; the path is uneven in places, which means that it is not fully accessible.

This tour was conceived by Thesea Rigou. 

Lotte Leerschool is a Berlin-based artist whose practice is focused on painting. Following her Meisterschüler studies at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf, she completed an MFA in Painting at Bard College.
