Art in the forest (vacation course in German). Designing with natural materials in the Garden with meeting lines (Carla Schliephack und Marcos García Pérez)

Let’s go to the forest to be outside and create art. Because there you will find suitable materials and there is a lot of space. The works in the Brücke Museum can serve as inspiration.

Over 100 years ago, the Brücke artists often painted and drew in the open air. In the garden of the Kunsthaus Dahlem you can look at outdoor sculptures. Both museums serve as a starting point for you to work together outside and exhibit there. A course of your works will be created: whether built, painted or drawn. Use the forest as your big studio!

The Forest Room is a space for exchange, production, and reflection in the garden of the Brücke Museum. Designed as a glass pavilion by the architecture and art collective ConstructLab, it offers a special art and nature experience.
