Symposium
Expressionism Revisited: New Research Approaches and Questions
1 – 3. June 2023
The Brücke-Museum is hosting the international symposium Expressionism Revisited from 1–3 June 2023. Current research projects, new questions, and methodological approaches that address the challenges in the scholarly contextualization, presentation, and mediation of Expressionism will be presented and discussed. The aim of this three-day event is to promote young researchers, foster exchange among scholars, and facilitate networking at the intersection of theory and practice.
This is a closed event with a limited number of participants. All panels and lectures will be livestreamed, allowing you to follow the programme digitally. The links to the livestreams can be found in the respective daily schedule.
