Toro (assistant curator\, Brücke-Museum)\n\nDo you have an idea f or an art education project and want to learn how to develop a concept and apply for funding\, but you don’t know where to start? This two-day train ing course provides theoretical and practical knowledge on applying for fu nding\, financial planning\, and the legal frameworks relevant to your pro ject. As a practical exercise\, you will develop an educational concept fo r a workshop\, which will be discussed in the second session. A selected c oncept will later be realised at the Brücke-Museum\, with a budget for it. The group jointly decides which concept will be realised.\nThe course is conducted in German. High-level language proficiency is not required. Howe ver\, you must understand German. If necessary\, you are welcome to speak English. The main thing is that you understand the content. It is required that you can attend on both dates to participate in the course.\nDates: F ri\, 11 April and Fri\, 16 May\, 1-6 pm (two-day training course)\n\nWho i s the workshop for?\nThe workshop is primarily aimed at artists with migra tion backgrounds. If there is still capacity\, freelancers without migrati on backgrounds may also participate.\n\nRegistration\nIf you are intereste d in attending\, we kindly ask you to register due to the limited number o f participants. The museum compensates workshop lea ders with its usual fees (65 euros per hour for carrying out the workshop\ , plus concept and preparation fees and a material budget). Their work addresses socio-political issues\, cultural participation\ , and collaborative processes. They are particularly committed to the visi bility and promotion of marginalised perspectives in the arts and culture sector.
