er\nDrop-In Workshop\nWith Meeting Lines (Carla Schliephack and Marcos Gar
cía Pérez)\n\nWhat would you like to tell about yourself? How can you depi
ct your own stories and memories for others through drawing? In this works
hop\, the artist duo Meeting Lines will transform the forest room into a l
arge-scale drawing experiment. They will develop a space for you that enco
urages you to tell stories together through drawing. We are curious to see
what stories you will tell each other with pencils and paper and continue
to tell together. In this way\, your stories and memories can mingle in s
hared drawings over the course of Museum Sunday. The current exhibition “B
iographies of Modern Art” can give you inspiration for the workshop: In it
\, we show and remember eight Jewish collectors of Brücke artists\, whose
lives and works of art we present in the museum.\n\nMeeting Lines is a Ber
lin-based art duo consisting of Marcos García Pérez and Carla Schliephack.
Together they investigate critical collective processes at the intersecti
on of human/environment and self-education/art. To this end\, they develop
site-specific drawing practices between copying\, improvising and playing
. The recycling of materials lies within their focus of art education and
artistic practice.\n\nMarcos García Pérez studied Fine Arts at the Univers
idad Politecnica de Valencia and graduated from the UdK Berlin in 2020 in
the Art in Context program. Since then\, he has worked as an independent a
rtist and art educator.\n\nAfter a B.A. in Fashion Design\, Carla Schlieph
ack graduated as a diplomat and master student of the Sculpture Faculty of
the Berlin Weißensee School of Art. With her further training as a system
ic coach\, she now also works as an art mediator and freelance artist in B
erlin.\n\nGuided tours through the exhibition Biographies of Modern Art. C
