r*in und Künstler*in).\n\nHow much freedom do we have in how we present ou
rselves? The Swedish artist Nils Dardel was renowned for his extravagant l
ifestyle\, experimenting with his image in both his art and everyday life.
Taking Dardel as a starting point\, this guided tour will explore how app
earance and self-presentation can be forms of artistic expression\, challe
nging social expectations around identity and gender in the process.\n\nSi
mon Schultz is an artist and cultural studies scholar whose work explores
representations of gender\, activism\, and popular culture. Most recently\
, he developed a programme of drag tours for the Hamburger Kunsthalle\, ex
ploring the more extravagant aspects of the exhibitions alongside drag kin
gs and queens. He lives and works in Hamburg.\n\nThesea Rigou Efstathopoul
os (b. 1997 in Cyprus) has worked as a freelance art mediator at the Brück
e-Museum Berlin for over three years. Their artistic practice spans printm
 aking\, ceramics\, drawing\, installation\, and participatory activities\,
often as part of the artist duo Helena &amp\; The Sea. Focusing on materi
al cycles and socio-ecological kinship\, Thesea approaches art mediation a
s an embodied\, relational process that involves working with the body as
much as with words.\n\nWir legen Wert auf einen respektvollen Umgang mitei
nander. Diskriminierendes Verhalten ist bei unseren Veranstaltungen nicht
 willkommen.
